About Us
Mission:

Impact Florida helps educators grow their practice, connects leaders to share what works, and shapes systems so that great teaching can reach every Florida student, in every classroom, every day. Since 2019, we’ve worked across 70% of Florida schools districts that serve 93% of the state’s student population.

  • We equip teachers, school leaders, and systems leaders with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to improve instruction and student engagement.
  • We bring together educators, policymakers, and partners to share ideas, build networks, and exchange proven practices.
  • We shift policies and mindsets using data so the conditions for great teaching can scale and last.
  • We champion the Five Conditions that Support Great Teaching—shared vision, quality materials, professional learning, empowered people, and data for impact—as the foundation for sustained student success.
Why Work For Us?:

Impact Florida exists in the vital middle space between the classroom and the statehouse— advancing educator practice, serving as a strategic connector, and influencing systems so that great teaching is supported and sustained at every level. By bridging these spaces, we ensure that data become action, and that every Florida student benefits from excellent instruction.

Impact Florida values relationships not only with our stakeholders but also within our team. We lead with respect, trust our team members to perform with excellence and integrity, and honor each other with compassion, empathy, and support.

Impact Florida offers a comprehensive benefits plan and covers 100% of the employee premium for the base medical plan. Other benefits include dental and vision plans, life insurance, unlimited vacation time, and a 401(k) plan with an employer match up to 5% of salary.
