About Us
Mission:

We ignite the power in girls by teaching them the skills to thrive and believe in their ability to be unstoppable.

Vision: We envision a world where all girls believe in their power.

Programs:

We help girls discover they are powerful people, because the stats show they don't always know it, and they are being left behind. We teach girls to believe in their abilities at their schools and in the community alongside programming for their parents and teachers.  We currently work in 60 schools across Texas and offer three annual conferences reaching 15,000 people in Austin, Houston, Dallas and their surrounding areas.

Why Work For Us?:

Culture is the most important aspect of our success.

Our values are:

Be the Spark

  • We lead with infectious passion
  • We role model the 6 c's (creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, communication, coping skills and confidence)

Shout Out

  • We listen to every voice
  • We lift each other up

Ring the Bell

  • We celebrate girlhood
  • We prove our impact
