The District of Columbia College Access Program (DC-CAP) is a nonprofit organization with the mission to equip DC students for college and career success by helping them access and attain meaningful college education credentials with little to no debt.

DC-CAP recognizes the inequities that persist in accessing, funding and completing college, and obtaining a degree, especially for DC’s black, brown, and low-income students. DC-CAP accelerates college aspirations, connects students to better match universities, and leverages dollars to ensure students graduate ready to compete in today’s global, knowledge-based economy.
