Why Work For Us?:

At Breakthrough Kent Denver, we strive for excellence in academics and character.  Because we serve students from middle school through college, we as an administration are dedicated to improving our programs and our competencies.  In order to accomplish this, we implement a number of feedback opportunities throughout the year and professional development practices within our small office.  We are a program that's committed to organizational and individual improvement.

We are also unique in that our administration team is made up of four people who run the program. This close team creates multiple opportunities for constant collaboration and autonomy.  Every voice is heard in this special workspace and opportunities for personal and professional growth are limitless.
