We work hard but we have fun with it wherever we can and there is a large network of volunteers who are part of the ATR family and often become lifelong friends with each other and with staff they interact with. There is a lot of room for growth right now within the organization as we expect to be purchasing a permanent facility in the near future and increase in terms of both capacity for horses as well as room for more employees. If you do well in this position, it could very well become a permanent one if you wish. Photos industry: Nonprofit
