About Us
Mission:

We inspire action to solve climate challenges by learning as a community to grow, eat, and live sustainably.

Programs:

21 Acres is a dynamic non-profit located in Woodinville, Washington. We foster dialogue and explore alternatives through testing, making adjustments, embracing changes and undertaking improvements that inspire people to think about systems differently. You’ll find us deeply engaged in food systems and environmental issues in and around our building, in the kitchen, on the farm, and with community partners.  As one of the first LEED Platinum-certified buildings in the greater Seattle area we spark conversation as visitors enjoy discovering our ever-evolving environmentally-friendly features. At 21 Acres, every choice is a mindful choice; most furnishings, equipment and infrastructure are American-made, sourced as locally as possible, and takes into account fair labor practices.

Why Work For Us?:

The 21 Acres facility is a LEED Platinum certified building that facilitates a learning environment for sustainable and regenerative living.  We have a collaborative work environment with doors thrown open to greet and educate our community.  No two days are the same on our campus! There are great benefits as well as an employee discount and produce perks from the Farm Market to help keep the 21 Acres team in good health and good humor.
