Supports and assists in the management and coordination of all human resources programs, policies, and procedures for the organization.

Educational Background:
BA/BS, preferably in Human Resources or related field, minimum of two years’ human resources administrative experience or a combination of relevant education and experience.
Skills/Experience:
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, database, desktop publishing), ability to learn new and varied software packages.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to handle telephone inquiries and communications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, high level of organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices preferred.
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team structure.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary:
$40,000 – 43,000
