The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a highly regarded national voluntary health services agency, is seeking a talented Senior Development Director for its Louisiana Chapter, New Orleans office. The Senior Development Director will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of chapter day-to-day operations, including staff management and fundraising.  Raising awareness and promoting education about cystic fibrosis is also a priority,

Areas of Responsibility: 

Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven track record of fundraising, with an ability to “raise the bar” annually, demonstrate excellent leadership and managerial skills, including volunteer recruitment and retention, and board development.

Skills/Experience: 
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of successful management and fundraising experience is a must. Previous P&L responsibility is preferred.
  • The Associate Executive Director will oversee a staff of professionals who are involved in special event fundraising activities, individual giving, volunteer recruitment/management and educational/awareness opportunities.
