Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Proficient on PeopleSoft Human Resources Management System with 5 to 7 years of experience in various modules. TNC currently uses PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM in the following areas: Core HR, Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Payroll for North America, eCompensation, ePerformance, and Recruiting Solutions and Reporting/Analytics.
  • Comfort with training and presenting to staff on PeopleSoft and other Human Resources related subject matter.
  • Understanding the functional HR discipline areas in order to provide support and partner as a strategic system consultant.
  • Mid-to advanced ad hoc query/reporting skills using PeopleSoft query tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues by working with employees and technical teams, serving as a liaison and able to communicate between the two.
  • Knowledge of system testing, User Acceptance Testing including test script preparations, and leading testing groups.
  • Must be able to handle access to confidential information.
  • Exceptional Customer service skills required.
  • Ability to work in cross team environments with various interaction profiles in play.
  • Collaborative approach with partner teams within and outside of Human Resources.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to document business processes.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree
Skills/Experience: 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • A minimum of 5 years HRIS work experience in area(s) of specialization or equivalent combination.
  • Experience coordinating and leading projects.
  • Experience responding to HR systems related questions, problems and data information requests from employees/management.
  • Experience the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with integrated Human Resources Management Systems.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of complex Human Resources work experience or equivalent combination.
  • Advanced knowledge of word processing, database management and spreadsheet software, with ability to construct and produce reports, data input, manipulation and analysis.
  • Advanced understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes and services.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Foreign language(s) to support global operations a plus.
