Now, the organization seeks a leader who will not only preserve its legacy but also elevate its vision and mission, leveraging emerging technologies, strategic partnerships, innovative programming, and the growing array of digital literacy resources to address literacy challenges across urban and rural communities.
The Board seeks a leader with a passion for literacy, education, and community-building, and a commitment to advancing equitable access to books and resources. The ideal candidate will have proven success in diversifying revenue streams through corporate sponsorships, grant funding, and major donor cultivation; experience with data-driven decision-making and leveraging automation to streamline operations and enhance mission delivery; and have an understanding of direct-to-consumer selling and fulfillment.
