The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a highly regarded national voluntary health services agency, is seeking a talented Executive Director for its Arkansas Chapter. The Executive Director will take an entrepreneurial approach to setting strategies and organizing operations to maximize the fundraising potential of this nearly $1.3 million Chapter, with an office in Little Rock and and remote staff in Northwest Arkansas. Candidates should have the ability to bring staff, volunteers and community leaders together to achieve a common goal.

Skills/Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate will have: at least 7 years of non-profit experience directing staff and partnering with volunteer boards, a proven track record of developing corporate partnerships and have a proficiency of applying sales technique to a non-profit setting.
  • The ideal candidate will also display the ability to parlay “the search for a cure” into effective relationship building and fundraising projects. Experience providing strategic direction and practical oversight to a full range of special event fundraising activities such as pledge-based and ticketed events, as well as success with annual fund and major gift programs is essential. Field travel is required and a familiarity with both NW Arkansas and Little Rock communities is valuable.
