The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) QA/Testing Systems Analyst will work with the Donor Care teams to build and implement test cases and produce procedural documentation for a variety of projects implemented on Resource Development platforms ensuring effective and efficient fundraising and donor experiences.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Evaluate requirements and build manual test cases which support database integrity, ensure a positive and engaging user experience, and satisfy project business requirements
- Validate requirements and test cases with Resource Development teams to maintain high standards of quality for the end user
- Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning
- Monitor system performance to ensure proper operation
- Test software performance and monitor performance of quality controls
- Improve and optimize the quality assurance processes and tools to ensure solutions remain scalable and flexible to meet organizational growth and demands
- Create and maintain written documentation for testing and end-user procedures
- Coordinate testing efforts and oversee / execute testing procedures
- Ensure that proper functional testing and end-to-end testing is executed
- Ensure testing data is removed from databases
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
- Provide users with technical support for system related activities
- Other related duties as assigned
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree required. A minimum of four (4) years relevant work may be considered in lieu of a degree.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects of varying complexity

- Strong problem analysis/diagnostic and resolution skills
- Self-motivated, able to work within a collaborative project-based environment
- Detail oriented and organized with an ability to meet deadlines while maintaining data integrity and quality
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise confidentiality and good judgment when working with sensitive issues
- Ability to effectively communicate with users of diverse backgrounds and skill levels
- Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Unequivocal commitment to the highest standards of personal and business ethics and conduct
- Contribute to a positive work environment and overall team effort in the department and organization
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year experience process testing and/or technical/procedural documentation required
- Experience working with software and hardware vendors preferred
