The Director of Operations will perform and manage all tasks related to the daily operations of the organization. This person will actively participate in the strategic planning, development and execution of organizational goals. The Director of Operations will manage committees responsible for the implementation of all organizational initiatives such as housing candidacy, fundraising and social programming. This is a dynamic position requiring initiative and problem solving skills as well as team leadership abilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Responding to all inquiries regarding Autism Communities
2. Maintaining social media accounts and developing/implementing marketing and communications strategies
3. Initiating and executing all fundraising endeavors
4. Serving as housing liaison to include regular interaction with partner agencies, housing candidates and residents
5. Managing Board driven committees created to support the goals of the organization
6. Managing all daily operations of organization
7. Managing development of future housing opportunities
3 to 5 years professional related experience

70k - 85k plus paid time off
Although this position is work-from-home, there will be meetings, events and activities which require attendance. Therefore, Long Island residency is required.
