Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF)  is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its Human Resources Department. Working in a fast-paced environment, with one of the fastest growing national non-profit organizations, the HR Coordinator will support talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation/benefits and other HR projects. Support of the talent acquisition team will include the posting/tracking job ads, the collection of talent acquisition data, and the setup of new hires into the HRIS. Support of learning and development will include entering and managing access for new and current employees to the Foundations online learning campus. Other duties will include reference checks, providing employment verifications and ensuring that all required information on new hires is collected and filed in a timely manner.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a professional work environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
