We are seeking an energetic individual to lead our family programs who will foster positive relationships between youth and families.
The ideal person will be able to nurture children through purposeful programming dedicated to building achievement and a sense of belonging in youth. They will also be able to foster positive relationships between youth and have the ability to relate well with families of various backgrounds. This person will ensure high quality programs and establish new program activities. This person will develop, organize, and implement high quality YMCA programs for youth and community members. Develops, organizes and supervises summer day camp program. Organizes and oversees afterschool youth programs. Recruits, hires, trains, schedules and directs personnel. Monitors daily camp operations to adhere to all state, local and YMCA health and safety regulations.

Develops and monitors program budget to meet fiscal objectives. Secures facilities and admissions for camp field trips and events.
The ideal person must be at least 18 years old with one to two years of related experience. This person should be CPR, First Aid and AED certification, Mandatory Reporter and Universal Precautions training is requred within 30 days of hire and fulfillment of state-specific hiring standards.
