We work within a full-circle advocacy model by which on-the-ground animal welfare programs are supported by state policy/legislation enacted by Animal Protection Voters, the complimentary lobbying/political action organization, a 501 (c) (4). APNM has stable funding sources supported in part by APNM Foundation which allows us an adequate operating reserve. Our staff remain with the organization for the long-term, including our Executive Director (27 years) and our Deputy Director (10 years).
