About the Position:
The Human Resources and Finance Coordinator will work with the Finance Manager and support staff to manage the daily aspects of HR Operations including legal compliance, payroll, benefits, compensation and HRIS.
The Human Resources and Finance Coordinator will have the following essential duties and responsibilities:

Collaborate with ICRI's Finance Manager to create and distribute invoices to clients

Administer FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and other leaves of absence, etc.,

Arrange and conduct annual Open Enrollment benefits meetings and conduct new hire benefits orientations as needed,

Assist with any other tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial and accounting matters for early childhood programs,

Organize and maintain over 150 personnel files, and
-
Provide administrative support as needed, including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field

At least 2 years in experience providing administrative, human resources, financial, and accounting support,

Familiarity with Paychex, Quickbooks, and CuraCubby preferred

Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws, wage and hour regulations, as well as human resources best practices.

Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment while managing multiple projects,

A liking for detailed work requiring attention and diligence and a methodical, systematic and efficient approach to tasks,

Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
