Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Minimum age of 21
  • A passion for working with youth
  • YMCA Team Leader Certification preferred
  • Minimum two years working with youth in child development or related
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Skills/Experience: 
  • Supervise and oversee childcare staff and all operations of the childcare and day camp departments
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to promoting childcare programs
  • Maintain licensing requirements and guidelines at all times

Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $33,656.00 - $42,070.00
