Process the semi-monthly payroll for all 1,000+ full and part-time Leukemia & Lymphoma Society employees including hourly, salaried non-exempt, and salaried exempt employees. Liaison with employees, managers, human resources and field staff regarding payroll related items and questions. Responsible for auditing and maintaining all payroll records, reports and procedures.
- Reviews all payroll information and reports to ensure accuracy of data prior to transmission.
- Review interface from I-Cims applicant tracking software for new hires, monitor tax panels in ADP, worked in location code and eTime TLM panel.
- Coordinate semi-monthly production and planning calls with ADP Comprehensive Outsourcing Services.
- Reviewing and providing final authorization for upload of employee timesheets in E-time.
- Provide reports to Accounting, Treasury and Chapter Operations as required on a monthly or semi-monthly basis.
- Key liaison with ADP Comprehensive Outsourcing Services on all multi state tax issues.
- Responsible for the completion of the quarterly Wage and Tax report Audit.
- Provide Tier 3 support to ADP payroll service center to resolve payroll questions.
- Maintains confidentiality of all payroll records and information.
- Verifies multi state and local tax withholding with various state agencies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 5 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of multi-state and local tax laws.
- Solid knowledge of ADP Enterprise Payroll (EV5) system and eTime version 8.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
