Director of Marketing is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing/communication strategies that align with our brand.

Guided the mission of the YMCA, the Director of Marketing is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies that convey the Volusia Flagler Family YMCA brand.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Creation and implementation of association-wide membership and marketing campaigns.
  • Building Brand awareness and positioning
  • Generate and monitor annual marketing budget and media plan
  • Management of all social media, website and digital communications
  • Public relations - media contact for mass communications and press releases
  • Assist with membership and marketing related expos/events
  • Coordinate printing and media vendor relationships
  • Communication with Branch Executives and Membership Directors at each VFFYMCA branch
  • Assist the COO with ongoing projects
Educational Background: 
Bachelors Degree
Skills/Experience: 
  • 3-5 years Marketing Experience
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00
