Under the direction of the Vice President of Information Technology, the Director of Business Systems and Processes will provide leadership to centralize program data across the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis for consistency. This includes membership and marketing input of data in enterprise systems included but not limited to membership software and websites. Focusing on uniformity of naming programs throughout the organization. The successful candidate will lead by influence and collaboration with established groups in the organization.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Manage Operational Software Data across the association centers by planning and coordinating input to ensure timely data entry.
  • Maintain program data integrity of Operational Software Data and websites by creating processes/systems to collect data for centralized input.
  • Continually analyze, identifying improvements and efficiencies of document policies, procedures and instructions with regards to program data input and train center staff on policies, procedures and instructions including updated procedures.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple complex projects.
  • Working knowledge of computer applications, such as YMCA operations software, Microsoft Office tools, website CMS products (WordPress or Drupal).
  • Ability to obtain YMCA Team Leader.
  • Ability to be a liaison and collaborate between IT, Revenue Support and centers.
  • Plans and coordinates program input schedules with the centers and the Association Office to ensure timely data entry.
  • Integrates in the planning and execution of any reporting software implementation process.
  • Participates in the YMCA Cabinets as assigned.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Educational Background: 
This position requires a college degree or equivalent experience and 2-4 years of program knowledge, YMCA experience preferred but not required. 
Skills/Experience: 

Because of the wide scope of responsibilities, the position calls for a person of maturity and good judgment with sound human relationship skills, broad vision, organizational abilities, flexibility, and excellent listening skills and verbal and written communication skills. The position also requires demonstrated experience in problem-solving, project management and collaborations; articulating a vision; and responding to multiple priorities.

Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $40,736.48 - $50,920.60
