The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is seeking an energetic and personable part-time intern in the Research Affairs Department to assist with data entry and administrative support activities.  The primary goal of this Department is to provide financial and scientific support for basic research and preclinical drug development by funding university research grants and collaborative projects in Biotech and Pharma industry.  As such, we interface with a worldwide network of top level scientists and drug developers working to advance a cure for cystic fibrosis.

This position is ideally suited for a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in a business related field with a desire to utilize and enhance skills in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.  Primary duties of this position will include data entry for travel reimbursement and other administrative duties such as e-mail and follow-up.  Applicants should be proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Outlook and Excel.

The position offers a flexible work schedule that requires approximately 10-20 hours per week at our National headquarters, which is conveniently located in downtown Bethesda.   We offer a competitive hourly rate and a friendly team environment.
