The Gateway Region YMCA is looking for a motivated and energetic candidate to fill the role of Association Data Entry Specialist

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Association Director of Philanthropy Systems provides oversight, training and integrity for systems utilized to meet the philanthropic goals of the Gateway Region YMCA.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Manages, enters, updates and verifies data in various systems with accuracy while following association best practices and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality is upheld – Raiser’s Edge, Daxko, Kronos, Qualtrics, etc.
  • Communicates effectively and efficiently to ensure accuracy of information, as well as follow-up needed, in order to attain association goals.
  • Maintains all records and documents to ensure their safety, security and organization.
  • Runs and distributes reports and acknowledgment letters from the various systems in a timely manner.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in information technology, accounting/finance or related field.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Experience and certification in The Raiser’s Edge is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, primarily Excel/Sheets

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $28,000.00
