Manage related projects, maintain facility budget, hiring, training and ensuring a clean facility; participate in regular inspections, ensure repairs are completed timely, provide preventive maintenance; Maintain supplies and inventory. Working knowledge of central plant operations, preventative maintenance practices, chemical usage, MSDS, swimming pool, and air conditioning systems. Experience managing an aquatics center, landscape and janitorial contracts. Working knowledge of basic trades: plumbing, electrical, and carpentry preferred.

- Success in this position requires 5+ years of facilities and maintenance experience and at least one year of supervisory experience.

- Ability to effectively communicate general information on YMCA Programs.
- Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.
Salary: $43,032.78 - $53,000.00
