This position will support the Y Collective Marketing Initiative which is designed to build and execute collaborative marketing plans.
The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing/Program Development is responsible for creating and implementing integrated marketing programs for the Y-USA and the Movement. This position will lead cross functional teams including members from marketing, communications, financial development and other internal disciplines to conceptualize, develop, deploy and recap high impact programs built from the lens of the overarching brand campaign to drive consumer interest and increase public involvement. This role will elevate existing tent pole programs such as Healthy Kids Day and Welcoming Week amongst others and create new events that rally the organization under a common theme, deliver on the brand mission and drive engagement across key constituencies. This role will manage committees of local Y leaders toward the planning and execution of marketing programs.
- Directs and leads creation of annual event and campaign plans for marketing team, identifying business goals, priorities, strategies, tactics and resources needed for all push periods.
- Collaborates with peers from other disciplines in the creation of plans associated with annual events and campaign plans.
- Manage and oversee creation of all integrated campaigns and key consumer events (Healthy Kids Day for example amongst others) for local use.
- In collaboration with Brand Compliance and Creative teams, sets the creative style guides for events and secures alignment and understanding of guidelines across the organization and movement.
- Collaborates with other leaders in the department to develop strategy and implement YUSA’s work in the area of Design, Digital, and Public Relations.
- Creates and shares best practices for Y-USA and for the Movement.
- Serves as brand champion and steward, developing and executing events and programs that value, protect, and strengthen the Y brand.
- Oversees committees and teams of local Y leaders.
- Oversees paid and donated media.
- 7 years integrated marketing experience with traffic driving consumer-focused brands (Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality)
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to sell ideas vertically and horizontally across siloed organizations
- Demonstrated experience with brief writing, critiquing creative, managing paid media plans, and managing the execution of multi-media consumer-facing marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrated experience working with external partners and sponsors
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting goals and deadlines is required
- Demonstrated successful track record of successful leadership and influence skills, and proven ability to build support for initiatives among diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required
- Demonstrated excellent project management and presentation skills are required

Salary: $84,800.00 - $95,000.00
