Job Description: The ERSEA Coordinator works to ensure that the MCCC Head Start programs are meeting quality standards in Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA). Provide support regarding ERSEA program requirements to all employees of MCCC. Coordinate with the Social Service, Parent Involvement and other staff to recruit and qualify new students. Work with community partners to determine best needs and services.

Educational Background: 
Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human/Family Studies or related field
Skills/Experience: 

Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human/Family Studies or related field. Two years experience in fields related to social, human, or family studies. Social Services Competency Based Training (SSCBT) required within three years of employment. Prior experience with Early Head Start or Head Start programs strongly preferred.

Compensation/Benefits: 

Base Range: $17.48-$22.73/hour Depending on Qualifications
