General Summary

As part of the Marketing Department, the Specialist, Production and Fulfillment is primarily responsible for providing project management support, traffic coordination, fulfillment and print production efforts across the organization.

Essential Job Functions

  • Track print and production projects from art/order concept approval through delivery.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials including low inventory notification, estimating, production scheduling and receipt of inventory.  
  • Coordinate with outside vendors to secure estimates, timelines and delivery for print and product items
  • Facilitate clear communication between client and production team on all elements relevant to project completion and educate clients on shop production and fulfillment process.
  • Maintain and update documentation for production process including RFQ, approvals and production reports.
  • Manage and update Shop for the Cause site content (SKU#s, product descriptions, pricing, promotional banners, artwork (press-ready pdfs and jpgs to display on store and search parameters) through collaboration with Product and Fulfillment Services Manager, marketing team and primary vendor.
  • Monitor/flag items for annual content review and schedule accordingly with writing, design and client teams to ensure content is current or if any content or design changes are planned before existing inventory depletes.
  • Participate in weekly status meetings with the internal team and fulfillment vendor.
  • Collaborate with Product and Fulfillment Services Manager, to maintain accurate and up-to-date budget, including payment processing

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degrees with a major in marketing or communications preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience in project management
  • Knowledge of the print production process
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Solid multitasking, organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dead-line driven environment
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff and collaborate with colleagues, vendors and teammates
  • Experience in tracking projects using database software is highly desirable
