Sr. Associate Director, System Integration

General Summary
We are looking for a customer service and goal oriented individual to join our IT team to assist in the management of the Association's integration between vendors and source CRM and databases. This individual will provide support to development and other users. This position will also participate in the development, improvement and maintenance of the system and its deliverables.
This position can be performed remotely and reports to the Director, Systems Integration & Business Intelligence.
Essential Job Functions
- Troubleshoots and fixes data issues that occur (examples include TLD issues from LO, sponsorship issues from LO, misprinted DM pieces, bad GL assignments)
- Modifies and creates database upload interfaces to accommodate new coding and data elements from LO, Personify, DMP, Merkle and others.
- Develops and collaborates on functional and technical specifications for enhancements and new projects. Works closely with end users to develop complete and accurate business requirements. Develops and deploys test plans to ensure business requirements and user acceptance is met. Participates in upgrade and capacity planning.
- Maintains documentation of database procedures, methods, tasks, standards, etc.
- Conducts continuous process review and communication with team on the status of problems and fixes. Performs business analysis and adjusts database strategies accordingly.
- Builds and maintains interfaces from OmniPoint and Strategy and Analytics Warehouse for NCOA and data appends to TA, Personify and LO/LO Canada
- Identifies database and interface challenges for chapters related to ALZUnited.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5+ years experience with relational database systems
- 5+ years experience in implementing and supporting large scale/enterprise systems
- 4+ years experience in fundraising applications
- 4+ years experience working with multi-discipline project teams
