The YMCA of Dodge County Board of Directors seeks a motivated CEO candidate to expand our Y, cultivate our community presence, and build on a strong tradition of community engagement and excellence.

Financial: Annual budget of $2.7 million. In 2015 we successfully completed a capital campaign, raising approximately $6.5 million to retire the debt from the construction of our facility.

Staff: 35 full time, 125 part-time, ~75 part-time seasonal

Areas of Responsibility: 

Our CEO will create a plan to build unity, encourage teamwork, set operational goals tied to a strategic plan, hold staff accountable, and foster individual staff development; lead by example, and remain actively engaged in staff development and performance that ideally results in to superior programs, member satisfaction and community engagement. The ability to lead and motivate others is critical to effectively manage the staff team.

Our CEO must be able to effectively share the Y's message with the service area; identify and engage community partners; assemble and develop successful board volunteers; enhance member and participant experiences; and cultivate and maintain donor relationships.

Educational Background: 
Accredited 4-year college degree
YMCA Organizational Leader Certification
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annualized, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: Y Retirement Plan contributions 10% (7% funded by Y and 3% employee paid). All other benefits health, dental and paid time off are outlined in the employee handbook
