The Advancement Data Entry Temp plays a supportive role in many aspects of data capture within the Advancement Department. This individual will perform data entry, data quality review and cleanup. He or she will work closely with the Advancement Analyst and the Director of Systems Development to ensure timely and quality data entry.
- Evaluate data quality and perform data-cleaning operations; validate the data used in reporting. Aid in large scale data cleanup efforts
- Convert current pipeline data to a more concise, accurate spreadsheet for Salesforce data upload
- Work with chapter staff to obtain missing prospect/donor information
- Additional Salesforce data entry as needed
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience working in a non-profit
- Experience working in a development/advancement or major gift department would be preferred but not necessary.
- Experience with data platforms, entering/reviewing data and cleaning up data
- Experience in Excel
- Superior attention to detail and dedication to accuracy
- Experience with Salesforce highly preferred
- Excellent ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
