Would you like to share your passion for youth development? Would you like to use your knowledge and skills to provide successful preschool and child watch programs? As the youth program director, you will plan and lead a wide range of preschool programs. This will include teaching, developing and supervising all preschool and child watch programs for ages 6 weeks to 7 years.

If hired for this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning of curriculum and coordinating class schedules with other staff and programs to enhance participation levels and meet the goals and objectives of the youth department. Through your leadership, instruction, and motivation you will ensure members experience high quality youth programs that build strong youth and families.
- I have experience in supervision, fiscal management, program development, staff and volunteer development.
- I have experience in planning, organizing, and implementing age-appropriate/developmentally appropriate program activities.
- I have demonstrated skills in customer service, public relations, organizational skills, communications, supervision, computer knowledge, and file maintenance.
- I have current Lifeguard, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, First Aid, and Oxygen certifications.
- I am excited to assist the staff leadership team in reaching annual campaign goals through recruiting campaigners, making personal asks and supporting branch events.
