The type of person we are looking for is:

  • Extremely organized. A person who loves nothing more than checking things off their list, gets excited about things like color-coding, and makes packing spreadsheets for vacations.
  • An expert task-juggler, able to keep multiple complex, concurrent projects in the air without dropping the revenue ball.
  • Able to stay positive and focused in a world of constant potential distractions, and able to be patient with those of us with short attention spans.
