Areas of Responsibility: 
  • This position oversees the business functions and human resources for the organization including processing payroll and bookkeeping functions such as AR/AP and monthly/annual reports.
  • HR related functions include job postings, benefits, personnel files, workers compensation, and other HR related functions. 
Educational Background: 
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or human resources or related field
Skills/Experience: 
  • At least two or more years’ experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR and/or human resources; proficient in Excel spreadsheets, high level of confidentiality and emotion maturity; excellent verbal and written communication skills; along with excellent problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience with a Payroll and HRIS system is preferred; IT experience a plus.
  • This is a full-time exempt position that reports to our Branch Director.
  • Full benefits package included plus a free family YMCA membership and 7% funded Y retirement after two years of service.
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00
