The Partner Relationship Management Senior Manager will support top performing product partners with a total revenue impact of $3 million. The PRM Senior Manager will provide strategic direction to increase revenue results of assigned accounts including the continued development of the Labor Against Cancer initiative. In addition, this position will be responsible for securing new regional and or national retail partners with a revenue impact of $1 million.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Develop and execute a strategic revenue plan to achieve annual revenue goals.
  • Secure new regional and national retail partners with a minimum of $1 million revenue impact.
  • Create new and foster existing relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Identify and build relationships with UFCW locals as an integral part of partnership stewardship and expansion of the Labor Against Cancer initiative.
  • Secure $2 million in new revenue through UFCW & organized labor activities.
  • Prioritize, cultivate, solicit and steward assigned retail accounts and organized labor opportunities outside of UFCW.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of LLS’s mission and its programs to address them.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor's degree in Business or Management
Skills/Experience: 
  • 5+ years relevant sales experience, non-profit experiences and a working knowledge of organized labor a plus.

Position Requirements: 

  • Proven ability to secure regional and or national relationships with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • High level relationship builder with the skills of prospecting and connecting with multiple constituents and comfortable speaking to C-suite audiences and organized labor constituents.
  • Ability to be both strategic and operational focused.

  • Travel up to 60% of time
  • May work weekends
