The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Program Marketing Specialist manages the creative development and production process of marketing plans supporting WWP Program events and initiatives directed to warriors and their families.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Implement established marketing plans for WWP Programs, working collaboratively with Marketing Manager and Marketing teammates.
- Manage complex and cross-functional marketing program projects.
- Lead the creative development, design, and production processes for marketing program projects.
- Develop and manage timelines to produce Program Marketing materials, e.g., brochures, directories, and other collateral.
- Coordinate electronic and printed Program Marketing collateral logistics and distribution.
- Maintain brand consistency and act as brand ambassador.
- Collaborate and manage relationships and establish rapport with Program stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project success.
- Participate in programs in the community to observe marketing effectiveness and provide ideas and support for additional Program Marketing.
- Support, attend, or participate in WWP Programs and community-based activities as required.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business, or English. Equivalent combination of applicable education, training, certification, or experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Four years of Marketing or Advertising agency experience.
