The Brand Coordinator is responsible for supporting the ICM State Hub Channel Integrators and Director as they develop and execute strategies, marketing plans and creative materials in support of AARP programs, campaigns and other brand and organization initiatives.  S/he reports to the Director, Brand Strategy and Client Services.

This role is typically coordinative in nature and involves working with internal stakeholders and agencies/vendors (when appropriate). The Brand Coordinator will help create/reinforce productive internal relationships, especially with ICM, Brand Department and state office staff, and support the range of activities and work of the Hub team, requiring strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Support the planning and execution of branded communications materials (paid media, print, collaterals) project management, including project initiation through obtaining approvals under the guidance of the Strategists/Integrators/Director.
  • Create, manage and track project schedules and deliverables for projects of various size and scope as assigned by the Director on behalf of Channel Integrators.
  • Review and evaluate project requirements through AARP systems independently prior to assignment by Traffic.  Ensure project requirements are complete to facilitate the seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines, consulting with Channel Integrators and Brand Strategists as needed. 
  • Create and support Hub communications across ICM and to SCE and states
  • Support a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 1+ years of equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or creative production Successful candidates will demonstrate ability to be both detail-oriented and creative.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Demonstrated strong project management and problem-solving required.
  • Ability to contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation.
