Reviews and transmits accurate membership information for processing. Ensures that any and all processing meets or exceeds any internal standards criteria.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Operates electronic OPEX high speed mail extraction equipment and mage check and document transport/scanning equipment, ensuring that all records are properly processed.
- Operates OPEX 72 Red mail extractors, sorts and prepares batches for processing
- Operates OPEX 7200 and/Fujitsu Scanners, prepares batches and ensures the image is clear
- Completes review of imaged and non-imaged documents for capture quality, mark sense accuracy, scanline read rate, document rejects, and IDT interface.
- Prepares batches and balances transactions by term, type, and dollar amount, including deposit verification.
- Performs data entry tasks in Unity Client in an accurate and timely manner
- Sort and prepare Written Correspondence batches by queue name
- Reroutes rejected images for manual intervention and resolution.
- Transmits, validates, and balances membership information to the membership database.
- Meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly production and service quality objectives.
Educational Background:
Completion of High School, GED, and/or vocational training
Skills/Experience:
- Up to 1 year of experience in a check and document handling environment, or an equivalent combination of related training and relevant experience.
- Knowledge of personal computers and ability to work in a Windows environment required.
- Ability to input 7,000 keystrokes per hour, both alpha and numeric, with a low error rate.
- Ability to move source documents up to 35 pounds from one point to another. Ability to position one’s self at a workstation for up to 6.5 hours per shift.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Oral and written communication skills required.
