In search of a Youth Director for a growing youth instruction program serving children from preschool age through school age.   We are looking for an individual who is caring, flexible, and has a passion for educating our youth.  The Youth Director will be responsible for Youth Sport Instruction Programs, leagues, summer playground programs, youth center and other Outreach Programs.  This is accomplished by overseeing 25-40 part-time employees during the school year and over 40-60 part-time employees during the summer months. The position to serve our participants is based upon the season and the needs of our programs.

Educational Background: 
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, and Physical Education OR non-related BA degree with 1 year experience working with children is required.
Compensation/Benefits: 
  • Salary:$23,660.00 - $28,000.00
  • 12% retirement
