The Remote Teams Coordinator will work with 350.org organizing, digital and campaigns teams to identify key priority moments in which volunteer action could push forward our work to build a fossil free world (think: pushing elected officials, turning out the climate vote, supporting local organizers to host powerful events and win their campaigns). This person will build and mobilize remote teams of volunteers to advance those priorities, and will maintain an organized digital community of volunteers. This work will primarily focus on the 2018 midterm elections and Rise for Climate, Jobs and Justice.

- Excited to engage in and support the organization's commitment to advancing and creating an equitable and inclusive work culture.
- Highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality.
