Develop, organize and implement high quality, safe and satisfactory aquatics programs. Oversees and maintains the successful creation of a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safegy and engagements in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Develop, organize and implement high quality, safe and satisfactory aquatics programs. Oversees and maintains the successful creation of a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagements in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Current Instructor Certifications: CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid and Emergency Oxygen, Lifeguarding, and Swim Lesson Instructor.
  • 5 or more years of management experience, prefereably in a YMCA or other nonprofit agency.
  • Ability to direct all areas of Aquatics at the YMCA.
  • YMCA Team Leader certification preferrred.
