Teach For America members hold numerous diverse leadership positions across our community, and in each of these unique positions, they share an intense desire to improve the outcomes of students, families, and communities by building a more efficient, effective, and equitable educational system. We recognize that our members’ personal and professional growth is a key lever towards this end, and we’ve now taken it upon ourselves to provide clear career pathways and support for individuals at all levels (classroom, school, system) who are working towards our vision of One Day.
As the Director, Member & Partner Engagement you will drive the formation and implementation of our member engagement and leadership development strategies, and build pipelines and supports for school and system-level leaders. Internally, you will facilitate shared ownership and implementation of our regional team to ‘light up' TFA-Colorado’s growing member network.
In order to continue to build on the momentum of the region, you should deeply believe in and have a bold vision for member engagement and leadership development work and thrive at building purpose-driven relationships, crafting both long and short-term strategies, and executing relentlessly toward ambitious outcomes.
The Director, Member & Partner Engagement will report directly to the Managing Director, Continuum Support and Experience.
