This internship is based in NYC and supports video production for NPR, including projects within the newsroom and NPR Music. It will require occasional late nights/odd hours and possibly some travel (expenses will be covered). 

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • 2D Animation and Motion Graphics
  • Editing Video
  • Editorial Planning/Research
  • Media Management
  • Some Field Production and Shooting, depending on skillset. 
Skills/Experience: 
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
  • Aptitude in storytelling through editing & scripting
  • Evidence of being highly-organized, detail-oriented, and technologically savvy
  • Ability to follow directions precisely and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to be generally awesome and able to work well with awesome people
