As the Manager of Systems Utilization and Training, you will be responsible for the development of strategies, overall planning, organizing and execution of programs and projects that will facilitate LLS staff getting the most out of their internal systems experience.
You will also be responsible for the development of the organization’s Intranet, systems training and awareness programs. These programs will provide associates with the guidance they need to use LLS systems effectively.
This role will focus on the development of the systems and training that will provide LLS associates with a systems environment that blends Mission, Work and Developmental assets into a seamless digital experience.
- Define, analyze and document user requirements, procedures, opportunities and lead joint design efforts for the LLS intranet project.
- Manage content and the organization of content on the intranet. Lead cultivation of subject specific information. Create a process for keeping information up to date and identify departmental stakeholders. Collaborate with designers to create a clean, user-friendly intranet that LLS staff will want to use
- Based on knowledge of applications and user community, create or manage the creation of a technology curriculum. Create standard, mandatory user trainings as well as individual courses that can be added to a variety of curriculums
- Establish an IT education process that facilitates effective onboarding and continuing technology education.
- Develop and provide training as part of significant new systems deployment initiatives.
- Creating tutorial videos for the organization
- Conducting training sessions – create and prepare materials for delivering effective end user training
- Coordinating with field chapter operations managers to assess and enhance productivity via technology
- Maintain a working knowledge of the LLS mission and programs to promote the field and campaign fundraising initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 8+ years of experience delivering technical training content
- 8+ years of experience with classroom and eLearning instructional development and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience managing web portals that provide access to information and services.
- Demonstrated experience managing the deployment of systems that include a large corporate and distributed office environment
- Proven ability to assess organizational learning and development needs.
- Experience with classroom and eLearning instructional development and deliver.

- Understand the usages of collaboration software, such as Webex.
