You are the CEO of programmatic support. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the program runs efficiently and accurately. By doing so, you are adding capacity to the programming team that will allow us to train and support teachers with higher levels of impact. You will help to make the program continuum team organized, ensure file accuracy, and increase our level of efficiency. You are organized, highly effective with your time, extremely collaborative, solutions-oriented, and you have a deep belief in systems supporting equity. You will report to the Managing Director of Alumni Affairs & Program (MD, AA&P).
Programmatic Support (45%)
- Credits (You will track and communicate corps member progress on their attendance, engagement, and participation credits. )
- Event & call logistics
- Corps member document management
- Online system maintenance and updating
- AmeriCorps documentation (sending emails, updating our internal tracker, following up with corps members, and organizing CM folders)
- Credentialing documentation
- Hiring paperwork organization
- Data management
- Manage and update the corps member and alumni hub
- Supporting the Manager, Program Equity & Operations in compiling data to tell our story of impact
- Corps member survey communications (pull daily reports, communication with Cms, and executing strategy created by M, PC&E)
- Corps member confirmation
- Corps member reimbursements
- AMEX Expense Reporting for MD, AA&P
- Support the OED and Devo team in getting data and information for grants and external work
Matriculation Support (15%)
- Retention Tracking
- Organizing documentation
- Executing matriculation strategy designed by Manager, Program Equity & Operations
Alumni Communication Strategy (20%)
- Execute Alumni Survey strategy designed by MD, AA&P
- Update Salesforce to keep alumni information current
Program Engagement (10%)
- Session facilitation for corps member professional development
- Optimizing systems to create and retain institutional knowledge
Special Projects and additional duties as determined by the MD, AA&P (10%)
- This region serves the communities of Sacramento, Stockton, Avenal, Lost Hills, and Delano.
- Travel among communities is expected on a quarterly basis.
- On average travel outside of California is 1 – 2 times per year.
- Evening and weekend work is required to support programmatic events.
