Help make a difference to our members and our guests as a full-time Member Services Lead at our La Crosse branch.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Creating a friendly, helpful and positive atmosphere for anyone visiting or calling the Y; addressing member or guest concerns and resolving problems; contacting directors regarding any staffing issues; training new member service staff; providing tours of the facility and signing up memberships and registrations; providing support and guidance to youth and teens as needed.
Skills/Experience:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Money handling experience with a high level of confidentiality & accuracy needed
- One year experience/training in customer service, public relations or related field
- CPR/First Aid CPR Certification
Compensation/Benefits:
Hourly: $12.00
