Senior Director/Assistant VP of Outpatient or Clinical Services

This position is being hired to assist Glenwood in the development of new and expanded services at our community location which is under development. The Senior Director will report to the VP of Clinical Services on all assigned clinical and program services.  The Sr. Director will work with the VP of Clinical Services, CEO, COO,  and VP of Admin to ensure the administrative issues are effectively managed for the department.

Areas of Responsibility: 

The Senior Director will be responsible for tracking production and for providing technical assistance to help staff meet needed outcomes.  The Senior Director will be the administrative liaison from the administrative corporate office on campus to the new programs being established off site.  This position will train and assist program staff on administrative areas including production and clinical records.

 The Senior Director will directly supervise the Coordinator of FACS and will lead the effort to expand in home services.  The Senior Director will additionally supervise the ABA program and will work collaboratively with the Director of ABA in the design and implementation of the program while creating a model that is self-sustaining.  The position will also supervise all clerical and administrative staff at the Avondale location as well as speech and OT services.

The Sr. Director will assist the VP of Clinical Services as needed in the supervision of other outpatient clinical staff which include psychologists, nurse practitioner, therapists, and Psychiatrists.   

Educational Background: 
A master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years progressive clinical and administrative experience.
Skills/Experience: 

Will have a background that includes business/administrative operations with knowledge of finance, HR, Quality, and Compliance.    Knowledge of clinical work and clinical records.  Experience with Avatar is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a clinical background with solid administrative and management experience.
