World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the world's leading conservation organization, seeks an Online Marketing Intern (paid) for approximately 6 months.

WWF's Online Marketing team is seeking a paid intern to assist with email marketing, engagement and retention efforts, and optimizing the donor experience. - Writing, designing, HTML coding, and quality-checking marketing and engagement emails to WWF supporters
- Analyzing the results of email campaigns to draw conclusions, spot trends, and improve email content and design
- Tracking email deliverability and performance statistics to identify issues and test solutions
- Maintaining proper email list hygiene by overseeing our email validation practices
- Championing our online survey program, from planning and implementing to analyzing and interpreting results, to help understand donors and improve their experience
- Developing new sets of personas to classify the preferences and needs of our supporters
- Brainstorming ways to convert and retain our supporters using donor journeys
- Owning key acquisition and engagement tactics, including ecards, wallpaper, quizzes, and more
- Using Photoshop to edit images for email campaigns or website promotions
- proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- familiarity with Adobe Photoshop (preferred but not required)
- familiarity with or interest in learning HTML coding
