The Vice President of Resource Development will lead all activities and be prepared to advance United Way of Pierce County's resource development efforts with aggressive annual growth. This position requires a leader with vision, energy and superb interpersonal skills. If you are (or you know someone who is) a seasoned resource development professional with a track record of successful fundraising experience, this is the career move you've been waiting for. Outstanding leadership skills and a commitment to coaching others to their highest potential are essential. Equivalent private sector experience in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, public/private partnerships or other related disciplines coupled with nonprofit fund development work will also be considered.

Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary:$81,000 to $90,000 per year
