The LLS Marketing team is currently seeking an In-House Freelance Graphic Designer to support the team in our Rye Brook, National Office.  This will be a 35-40/hr work week.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Design and develop marketing items based on brand guidelines and direction from director and marketing manager - Items include:Booklets, Guides, Posters, Postcards, Brochures, Handbooks, Signs, Banners, Billboards, PowerPoint presentations, Newspaper and Magazine Ads, Invitations
  • Translate LLS style guidelines and technical requirements into finished designs that are clear, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
  • Complete production on own projects and prepare files for printing vendors and publications
  • Effectively present work and articulately explaining design rationale
Skills/Experience: 
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat as well as Microsoft PowerPoint
  • 5+ years design and marketing experience with specific knowledge of Graphic Design and Marketing
  • Excellent time management, emphasizing service excellence and adherence to prescribed processes
  • Very strong production skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong word processing and computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
  • Possess the artistic vision to create quality graphic designs
  • Self-starter, problem-solver and capable of managing assignments independently, with little supervision
  • Strong people skills with a focus on internal customer service and teamwork
  • Ability to work effectively within a highly productive and diverse team setting
  • Persistent, organized, and possess the ability to multi-task effectively
