NRDC is seeking a CRM Intern to work with the CRM team in our New York office.  This is a paid, full-time position.

Dates are flexible, but should span 10-12 weeks roughly between May 1 and Aug 31, 2019.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Help administer our enterprise-scale implementation of Salesforce using the Nonprofit Success Pack
  • Help the team train our end users
  • Gather requirements and propose solutions for new functionality
  • Help the team troubleshoot issues as they arise
Skills/Experience: 
  • Some experience with Salesforce would be helpful. This could be previous work experience, or extensive experience with the Trailhead platform, or as part of a dedicated Salesforce-specific workforce development program, such as PepUpTech, VetForce, or Co-Op.
